3. User Accounts

- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Payment processing through Stripe
- Usage limits as specified in your subscription plan
5.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TRANSEZ LTD and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 User Content
You retain ownership of files and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, process, and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant such license.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
8. Usage Limits
Usage limits are enforced based on your subscription plan:
- Free tier: 30 PDF pages per month
- Paid plans: Limits as specified in your subscription
- Usage is tracked and reset according to your billing cycle
- Exceeding limits may result in service restrictions

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSEZ LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRANSEZ LTD, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease, and we may delete your account and data.
