Reporting a bug
The single most useful thing you can include is a description of the document that broke it. You do not need to send us the file — just tell us what kind of document it was.
- Which tool — for example “merge PDF” or “PDF to Excel”.
- What the document was — number of pages, roughly how large, digital or scanned, and whether it came from a specific system such as a bank portal or an ERP export.
- Which browser and device — browser name and version, plus desktop or mobile.
- What you expected and what happened — an error message, an empty result, wrong columns, a file that would not download.
- A screenshot — if the problem is visible on screen. Please do not send documents containing personal or financial data.
For the browser tools, you can also open your browser’s developer console and include any error text — it usually identifies the problem immediately.
Privacy, deletion and billing
Delete your account or data
Email us from the address you signed up with and tell us whether you want your account, your saved templates or your whole record removed. We will confirm once it is done. See what we store in the privacy policy.
Page packs and credits
Credits are tied to the email address you signed in with, and they never expire. Payments are processed by Stripe, so refunds are handled through the same payment record — include the email address and approximate date of purchase.
Business, partnerships and press
Use the same email with “business enquiry” in the subject. Tell us what you need in the first paragraph — volume, format, timeline — and we will reply with something concrete rather than a brochure.
Response times
We read every message. Most replies go out within two business days. A report that includes a reproducible example — or a Discord message with the document attached — is usually answered much sooner, because we can see the problem straight away.
